Screening Info

A screening is not an evaluation. It will suggest if further testing may be a consideration. The screening looks at gross and fine skills, as well as basic perceptual abilities.  Because your teacher has noticed issues in the classroom pertaining to learning, it is not uncommon that, after the screening, either classroom modifications with a re-screening in a few months, or a full evaluation might be suggested.

Children's Special Services will give you a brief written report at the end of the screening.

If you would like to have your child screened, please email us at
info@childrens-services.com   or simply fill our  Contact Us  form and we will get back with you.
